Do you have gently-worn winter clothing items?

Have you considered donating them to a good cause?  OUTMemphis is accepting donations of new or gently-used coats, hats, gloves, shoes, socks, scarves, and any other warm winter clothing available. We will also accept donations of hand warmers, hygiene products, and feminine clothing.  These items will go towards helping to keep our trans brothers, sisters, and non-binary siblings safe and warm this winter.  

If you would like to make a donation towards this cause, there are several ways you can help.  Donations can be dropped off in person or by mail at 892 South Cooper. In person drop-offs should be done during business hours (2:00p-9:00p M-F).  

Alternately, feel free to contact Kayla Gore, Trans Services Specialist or call (901) 278-6422 to arrange an alternate time for drop-off.

If you’d like to help but don’t have any items to donate, we always welcome monetary donations to help with providing these services. You can find the link on our website here. Monetary donations support all the work we do at OUTMemphis, but if you want to make sure yours go to services that benefit the transgender community, simply put “Transgender Services” in the comments with your donation.

We will be collecting donations until January 31, 2019.
