OUTMemphis is closing the LGBTQ Healthcare Experiences survey on Thursday, August 31st and we want to hear from you before the deadline!
This survey asks questions about where you get your medical care, the quality of that care, and whether you feel that the care you’ve received has been LGBTQ-friendly and -competent. Your answers are confidential and will be used to ensure that we are sending our clients to knowlegeable, sensitive, and competent doctors in the area. The more people our survey reaches, the more people we will be able to refer to LGBT-friendly medical care!
