Evolve is our new in-person peer support group for all Trans people 40+. This group meets from 6-7:30 pm on the first, second and third Thursdays of the month. On the last Thursday of the month, the group will get together for a night out! This group is an opportunity to meet, socialize, and make new friends, as well as discuss Trans related issues and support one another. We hope to see you there!
