    • HIV testing, 6:00p-9:00p: Need an HIV test? Come to OUTMemphis and get a free, rapid, oral swab HIV test. No blood and your results will be ready in 20 minutes. For more information, email Martavius Hampton, Sexual Health Program Manager.
    • Perpetual Transition, 6:00p-7:30p: Perpetual Transition is a support and social group for transgender people in the Memphis metropolitan area that has been meeting since 2005. The group has recently expanded to address the growing needs of our community. Perpetual Transition is safe and confidential, and is open to transgender people of any variety.   • Tuesday, 5/23:
    • P.L.U.S. (Promoting Longevity, Unity, and Self-Care), 7:00p-9:00p, First Congregational Church (1000 S. Cooper): P.L.U.S. is a supportive social group for people living with HIV. To learn more and request to join the group email Martavius Hampton.
    • Ace (Asexual) Movie Night and Potluck 6:00p-9:00p: Join us for the inaugural meeting of Memphis’s newest social group, a group for individuals who identify as asexual or are questioning this aspect of their identity.   • Thursday, 5/25:
    • Seeking Serenity, 5:30p-6:30p: Seeking Serenity is an LGBTQ-affirming support group for the family, friends, and partners of addicts. For more information contact the organizer.
    • Staying Safe in the South 7:00p-9:00p: OUTMemphis is hosting staff from the Campaign for Southern Equality for a FREE “Protect Yourself” Clinic. This free clinic will cover a range of safety issues that come up for trans folks, including: training in self defense and pepper spray use, written safety planning, and using safety apps on your phone.     • Bold and Beautiful 7:30p-9:30p: This is a weekly social supportive group for Transgender women of color. This week, group members will participate in the Staying Safe in the South training event. For more information contact Kayla Gore, Transgender Services Specialist.

    • Delta TransMasculine 5:30p-6:30p: DTM is a group for trans men and transmasculine individuals. For more information, contact Kayla Gore, Transgender Services Specialist.
    • GenQ 7:00p-9:00p: Generation Queer, or GenQ, is a social group for 18-25 year old LGBTQ and Allied young adults. Check GenQ out on facebookcontact facilitators, or just drop by and check the group out.
