At OUTMemphis, volunteers support the work we do at every level. When visiting the community center, often a volunteer is the first smiling face you see. Volunteers greet guests, run tours, connect LGBTQ people to vital community resources, conduct HIV tests, mentor youth, and lead social groups.
From the front desk to the Board of Directors, volunteers are a vital part of the OUTMemphis family.
Join us as we celebrate the amazing contributions volunteers have made to the center this year!
On Tuesday, December 11th join us at OUTMemphis at 6:00PM for our annual Volunteer Appreciation Event. We’ll have refreshments and a short program, during which we will be recognizing our Organization of the Year and our individual Volunteer of the Year for 2018!
