OUTMemphis is proud to announce the launch of the Mid-South LGBTQ History Timeline!
The timeline allows people online access to the archive of newspapers, magazines, pictures, videos, and other elements in the regional historical archive collection at OUTMemphis. It is the result of years of work cataloguing, organizing, and preserving these materials.
Special thanks to the Rhodes College History Department, to Historical Archive Interns Cameron Sandlin and Brad Bierdz. Community Historian Vincent Astor, Hunter Johnston, Audrey May, and the many local people who have donated time, materials, and wisdom to this project.
