OUTMemphis will be at Memphis Pride Fest tomorrow and we want to see you there too!

We want to invite everyone to march with us in the Parade! If you aren’t connected to another organization, please join us in the rainbow wave we are building.
We are asking everyone who marches with us to wear a solid color shirt. Our staff, volunteers, and group participants are all representing themselves in colors designed to make a visible rainbow. Here is the list of colors:
Red- Support for the Sexual Health program (HIV/STI Testing, condom distribution, support groups ect…)
Orange- Women’s Services
Yellow – Youth Services (Gen Q, YES, Prysm)
Green – Men’s Services (Men’s potluck, movie night, etc…)
Blue- Senior Services (Care calls, Senior Services Committee, gadget lab)
Purple- Transgender Services (B&B, PT, DTM, Trans ID Workshop…)
We know you are just as excited about Pride as we are!
Just as a reminder, if you see protesters please do not engage them. There will be several layers of security at Pride designed to keep us all safe.
From Mid-South Pride: “We would like to send out a friendly reminder to everyone to stay safe & be aware of your surroundings. If you are attending any event this weekend & see someone who is protesting the love we are trying to spread Mid-South Pride request that you do not engage with these people. Please find a Board Member or person of authority & inform them immediately. We will have security on hand for each event along with the Memphis Police Department & Shelby County Sheriff’s.” Read more here.
