We need your input.

Dear community members,

Many of you know that OUTMemphis has seen enormous change over the past several years. The COVID-19 global pandemic came to our doorstep amidst a whirlwind time of expansion of facilities and programs, new leadership, and a changing social political landscape.

As we look ahead to a not-too-impossible future, OUTMemphis has begun the process of creating a new Strategic Plan. The plan itself will be the architecture of our priorities and values for the next 3-4 years. The plan will provide a roadmap for our team and — we hope — a space for all.

Before we make our plan, we need your input. We have worked for the past month hosting interviews and focus groups, researching LGBTQ+ centers across the country, and asking important questions of our Board and Staff.

Now, we need your input also. We have created a survey for any individual who has ever interacted with OUTMemphis. The survey is your opportunity to tell us what we got right and what we got wrong. The survey is your opportunity tell us what kind of community center you want and what kind of community center the Mid-South needs.

The survey takes about 20 minutes. All who complete the survey are eligible for a $10 gift card in return for your time.
