In addition to what you see here, we offer year-round referrals, education, and linkage to affirming, empowering resources throughout the mid-south, and plenty of one-off services like legal assistance clinics.

Guided 1-on-1 Support
Our team is here to walk with you every step of the way.

A case management program to help families find affirming mental health supports, healthcare, and access to gender-affirming healthcare (HRT/blockers) for Trans and gender non-conforming youth.
With the current ban on gender affirming healthcare (GAH) families are linked to care out of state. Parental permission is necessary for linkage to GAH. Financial aid may be available.

Winthin a Common Bond is a support group that provides a meaning-centered therapeutic approach to help participants explore their identity as it relates to their HIV diagnosis.
Join us while we go through topics like self-disclosure, discussing engaging in intimacy with partners, and learning life skills to manage and enhance participants’ mental and physical health in regard to adhering to their antiretroviral medication and reducing stigma about an HIV diagnosis.

Dr. Jerrika Henderson received her Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Cummings Graduate Institute. She also holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

Seeking Serenity is a peer-led community support group for LGBTQ friends and family of people in recovery from alcohol.
Seeking Serenity provides a weekly session for LGBTQ community members whose support is associated with problem drinkers to convene for community, discussion, and social support from like-minded people in similar situations. While allies are welcome, Seeking Serenity is centered and gives precedent to the lives and experiences of LGBTQ people.

The Rapid Re-Housing Program is for young adults who:
Young Adults between the ages of 18 & 24
Homeless (You slept on the street, in a car, in an abandoned building, etc, the night before. This can also include couch surfing, which is when you stay with various friends/family because you have nowhere else to go)

OUTlast Emergency Assistance offers up to $500 in support for eligible LGBTQ+ individuals in need, with applications open from the 1st to the 15th of each month.

We offer short-term rental assistance for HIV+ adults to help prevent homelessness and maintain stable housing.
Food Assistance
No one should have to go hungry. OUTMemphis offers free meals and pantry options for LGBTQ+ community members of all ages.

Empowering Essentials & Basic Needs
From hygiene supplies to clothing and transportation, these services help LGBTQ+ folks in Memphis feel seen, supported, and secure.

Our donation center is fully community-powered. Donated by Planned Parenthood in 2019, the 4,200-square-foot facility is stocked with furniture, clothes, food, and hygiene supplies from individuals and organizations, helping those in need year-round.

The Uplift Fund offers yearly one-time $1000 grants to transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals 25+, helping with financial barriers like car repairs, conferences, gender-affirming care, or legal expenses.
