Join the Youth Empowerment Center for a Life Hack workshop where the staff or partners will teach you a valuable life skill.
Struggling with schoolwork? Join us for Homework Support, a bi-monthly group designed to help LGBTQ+ youth ages 12–17 stay on track and feel confident in the classroom. Whether you need help with an assignment, want a quiet space to study, or just need encouragement from supportive peers and staff.
Trans Services is back with our monthly Ar-TEA-stic group art therapy for trans and non-binary folks. Virginia Erholtz, LMSW, will lead participants through different methods to help them express their emotions through art!

STRESSED Backwards is DESSERTS is The Youth Empowerment Center's Group Therapy providing support for LGBTQ+ youth 18-24 through life & social transitions. Led by Megan Paige, LPC, NCC of Rooted in Memphis Counseling.
Winthin a Common Bond is a support group that provides a meaning-centered therapeutic approach to help participants explore their identity as it relates to their HIV diagnosis.
Seniors OUT For Coffee is a community social group for LGBTQ community members 55 years-of-age or older. The group meets over coffee and light snacks for conversation and fellowship with like-minded people.
