The Uplift Fund is a $750 one-time grant for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals (18+) awarded to 2 individuals per grant cycle.

February – June
OPEN: April 1- April 30

OPEN: Aug - Sept 2025
Recipients Notified: Nov 10
Eligibility
HOW TO APPLY | Submit your application online, by paper, or over the phone with OUTMemphis staff.
INTAKE MEETING | After selection, complete a 30-minute intake meeting (virtual or in-person).
GRANT LIMITS PER INDIVIDUAL | 1 application per cycle, Max 1 grant per year, Max 2 grants in 3 years
RESIDENCY | Must live in Shelby, DeSoto, Crittenden, Tipton, or Fayette counties.
AGE | 18+
Writing quality will not affect your application.
